AI Credits are Keum’s usage currency. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, with additional credits available for purchase. Credits are consumed when AI agents answer questions or complete tasks. Ex: 1 credit = 1 AI text response. See the table below for details.

Keum offers simple, usage-based pricing that scales with your business. The Growth plan provides full platform access, consuming AI Credits only when agents are actively working (e.g., engaging visitors, qualifying leads, booking meetings, generating insights, making tool calls).

Unlike competitors, Keum does not have limits on users, agents or knowledge bases. You just pay for usage.

Monthly plans give you refreshed credits every month, while annual plans give you 2 months free + 12 month credits upfront with 12 month validity. Annual pricing works out more cost-efficient and offers greater flexibility on credit usage.
Subscription credits renew based on your billing cycle—monthly or annual. With annual billing, you receive all credits upfront for the full 12-month period, and unused credits remain valid for the entire year. With monthly billing, credits refresh each month, and unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

When credits are exhausted, AI activity pauses safely with full state and data preserved. Agents automatically resume when credits are replenished or the billing cycle renews. Enable Auto-recharge to avoid interruptions during unexpected usage spikes. You can also purchase one-time credit top-ups. Auto-recharge and top-up credits have 12 month validity and cost $0.04 per credit.

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time without penalty. Credits and features will adjust on your next billing cycle.
No. The Growth plan includes full platform access. You pay only for AI Credit usage, with no extra platform fees or seat-based charges. Optional add-ons such as credit top-ups, dedicated phone numbers, Keum brand removal and more are available as needed.
There are no limits on the number of users or AI agents—on both Free and Paid plans. You can add as many teammates and deploy as many agents as you need. Plans are based on usage, not seats or agent count.
All plans include access to standard 8/5 email and 24/7 AI Concierge support. Priority support and services are available as part of our "Expert Managed Services".
